Determine the supporting structure is adequate to support the crane.
Use the wall bracket pattern shown on the supplied approval drawing to
mark and drill the bolt holes in the supporting structure. Be sure that
both hinge pins share a common true vertical centerline.
Raise the crane into position and bolt the hinges to the supporting
structure. USE MINIMUM GRADE 5 BOLTS AND NUTS (SUPPLIED BY OTHERS).
Use bolts 1/16" less in diameter than the bolt holes.
Install hoist and trolley by removing end stops. Slide the trolley
onto the boom and replace the end stops.

OVERBRACED TIE ROD WALL MOUNT
Determine the supporting structure is adequate to support the crane.
Use the wall bracket pattern shown on the supplied approval drawing to
mark and drill the bolt holes in the supporting structure. Be sure that
both hinge pins share a common true vertical centerline.
Bolt the upper hinge to the mounting surface. USE MINIMUM GRADE 5
BOLTS AND NUTS (SUPPLIED BY OTHER). Use bolts 1/16" less in
diameter than the bolt holes.
While supporting the boom horizontally, bolt the lower hinge and beam to
the mounting surface.
Attach the tie rod between the upper hinge and the boom bracket with the
nuts and washers provided. Adjust the nuts to bring the boom.
Install hoist and trolley by removing end stops. Slide the trolley
onto the boom and replace the end stops.
